My approach as a running coach, strength and fitness trainer is designed to help every athlete reach their goals and full-potential, while having fun along the way. I believe in helping every athlete to become the "Elite" or best version of themselves, whether they are competing at the Olympic level or not competing at all.
I am a run coach for athletes at all levels, from high school track runners, to individuals who want to improve their fitness level, and all the way up to professional and olympic athletes.
